SAYGO Exercises

Every Monday at 11.15am our Village hosts the Steady As You Go Exercise Class. Suitable for both men and women, SAYGO is designed to improve strength, flexibility, fitness, well-being and balance. The exercise classes are run through Age Concern Southland by the Southland Co-ordinator Melissa Aitken and go for 45 minutes. The classes are $2 per person. Please come and join us to enjoy this much loved exercise programme and why not bring a friend too!
